"Thai Boxing at Evolve is awesome! It’s taken my workout to a whole new level of challenge and fun! I am doing things at Evolve that I never would have thought I’d even have the nerve to try, not only Thai Boxing, but also pushups NOT on my knees, climbing the rope and Jiu Jitsu! The instructors here are so encouraging and make me feel like I am successful every day that I come in. After a year of going to a regular gym and lifting weights, I started coming to Evolve, stopped my regular gym membership and improved my upper body strength, without weight-lifting. Now I organize my weekly workouts around when I can come in to Evolve. Mike’s message of the week gives me something to think about each week and really helps to round out my whole fitness regiment."

"When I joined the Evolve Academy, I was interested in Martial Arts, though somewhat unsure of what to expect. As a woman, I thought it was important to learn self-defense for both confidence and protection. In the short time that I have been a part of the program, I have found so much more than what I anticipated. I have discovered a drive within myself to perform at 110% in everything I do. The discipline, self respect and values the instructors promote at the Evolve Academy penetrate every part of daily life. Not only is it a challenging workout, the skills I have learned are irreplaceable."

"I have had the privilege of studying BJJ and TB with Master Moses for about 4 years. When I began with him, I had only a few months of any martial arts experience.

In addition, I was 43 years old. However, I wanted to get in shape and felt if I was going to exercise, I might as well learn something too.  It has turned into one of the great joys of my life. I have a busy plastic surgery practice and when I go after work, it really perks me up. There are a wonderful group of diverse people, who are always friendly and helpful. There is nothing intimidating about the classes.

Master Moses has been able to structure his classes so that it can encompass multiple different goals. For myself, it is a wonderful way to get exercise and learn a very effective street self defense. There are other students, who want to compete in tournaments and Master Moses has produced several national and world champions.
It is great for kids too. They learn manners, respect and a strong moral basis for life.

I cannot imagine a better martial arts school for anybody. Give it a chance, - you will be glad that you did!!"

"The Evolve Academy is phenomenal. Every instructor at Evolve is dedicated to martial arts and to the student's positive experience.

There is a family atmosphere that you feel from the moment you walk in the door - the instructors and students alike make new members feel welcome and everyone is very encouraging and positive. The school emphasizes in equal measures three key fundamental themes: respect for each other, hard work, and having fun. The most impressive thing about Evolve is their ability to make the program fun and worthwhile for each student, regardless of the individual's skill or experience level.

The children's program is particularly good - my son has been enrolled for a short time, but he has already gotten very much out of participating and looks forward to each class. I would recommend Evolve unconditionally to anyone interested in martial arts or fitness. By the end of each workout, I feel completely physically drained, and satisfied that I have accomplished something and learned something new. Although martial arts are new for me, I feel like I will now be involved in martial arts forever, and only wish I had discovered the Evolve program sooner."

"When I joined the Evolve Family a little over two years ago I had no idea what a profoundly positive impact it would have on my life. Within a few months of signing up, for example, I was finally able to quit a ten-year smoking habit. I have since dropped other bad habits and have replaced them with good ones that seem to have just developed naturally because of the well-rounded curriculum at Evolve.

Today, I’m 31 years old and in the best condition of my life. Evolve has helped me rediscover the path to personal growth and development. More importantly, the fun, friendly, family atmosphere helps me stay on the path and keeps me moving forward."

"The programs offered at Evolve are perfect for anyone looking to have fun and get in shape, learn practical self defense, or become a competitive martial artist. The instruction at Evolve is top notch for people of all abilities, and the combination of Muay Thai Boxing and Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu is the best blend for improving cardiovascular endurance along with overall strength and flexibility."

"Since I was young I have always wanted to train in martial arts. So, I thought if I didn't start now in my younger 20’s it was probably never going to happen. I have always been an athletic competitor and enjoy a good work out. After doing some research as to what art I wanted to study, I decided on Muay Thai Boxing. After learning about the devastating power yet simple techniques of this art, I knew it was for me. The only thing left to do was find an academy to train at. I was very fortunate to already have a friend who trained with Master Moses and invited me to come in for a trial session. I accepted the invitation and was hooked instantly. Two years later I’m still training hard every week hungry and eager as ever to learn more. I’ve even decided to start training for competition fighting. Master Moses and the Evolve Academy teaching staff do an excellent job of creating a fun work out environment, while still learning great technique and getting a great work out! My strength, confidence, energy and mind have all increased and evolved over the past two year and I have Master Moses and the Evolve Academy to thank for that!"

"When I started Muay Thai I was looking for something and I wasn't sure what it was...but I knew I would know it when I found it. I hated the feeling of not knowing if I could take care of myself and protect my wife if something went down while we were out. We go to clubs, rock shows, bars etc and there are always idiots around waiting to start trouble and deep inside I wasn't sure of myself about how I would fare in a confrontation. I have always had a fear of failing as a protector. As soon as I started I was hooked and began telling friends about it and getting others to join so they could share in it and so I could have training partners to work with during the week, in between classes. I lost 16 pounds and got ripped from the class and training on my own time just a couple times a week. I have 8 pack abs for the first time in my life and I started running 2 or 3 times a week to get my cardio up. I am in better shape, at 30, then I ever was in all my teens and twenties. Plus, I started to get that inner confidence and awareness that I could protect myself and my wife. I began to drink less while we were out so that I could stay alert and I felt less threatened by the "idiots" in bars. And now it has become a quiet, calm center that does not need to prove itself to anyone in a macho way; I only want to continue learning...it's funny, you train to fight, only to learn that fighting is the last thing you ever want to have to do, but you're ready, should it happen."
