  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your class time.

  • Please stay in the lobby area and do not disturb the class in progress.

  • Wear a complete and approved Uniform (no exceptions).

  • Always come to class with an open mind and a positive mental attitude.

  • Come only to the classes designated for your belt level or program you have enrolled in.
